Gary has always provided a reliable and comfortable ride from Pensacola to Fairhope, Al. I make this journey 2 or 3 times a year. There is always a confirmation text a couple of days before pick up. I usually take a red eye flight to Pensacola, and Gary is very understanding of my need for some quiet rest during the journey in the morning. In all this time Gary has only been late for my pick up once. And I was contacted and informed. And it was only a short delay. I’m glad that I found Able Shuttle and I will continue to use them. I ended up at a wrong location and he came back to get me, (Long story, but he saved the day). He is willing to go all the way out to Ft. Morgan Island. First time using and had an amazing experience. Gary was our driver and arrived 15 minutes early and loaded our giant suitcases and safely got us to the airport, which is roughly a 30 minute ride for us. Super clean and spacious van with lots of storage. No cigarette smoke odor either. Again, very clean. And Gary was very professional and kind. We used to leave our vehicle at the airport when travelling, but not any longer. Our new favorite way to get to/from airport in Pensacola. Highly recommend this company. Very pleased.
