Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to confirm every reservation. Your card is authorized at booking but is not charged until your trip is completed, except as noted below for same-day reservations.

Cancellation Fees

  • Cancelled more than 24 hours before scheduled pickupNo charge. Reservation cancelled in full with no fee.
  • Cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled pickupA fee of 100% of the total fare will be charged to the card on file.
  • No-shows or reservations cancelled after pickup time has passed100% of the total fare will be charged to the card on file.

Same-Day Reservations

Reservations made for same-day pickup are charged in full at the time of booking. Same-day reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Flight Delays & Airline Cancellations

If your flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline, please call us as soon as you're aware — this is not treated as a no-show. We will work with you to reschedule your pickup or waive the applicable cancellation fee, provided you notify us before your original scheduled pickup time.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made by phone at 850-607-0209. A cancellation is only effective once confirmed by our staff — voicemails, texts, and emails are not considered a confirmed cancellation until acknowledged by phone or in writing.

Authorization

By providing your credit card at the time of booking, you authorize Able Airport Shuttle to charge the applicable fare, cancellation fee, or no-show fee described above to that card.
